Delta is a fantasy product built by an independent team. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect when you join the waitlist, why we collect it, and how to ask us to delete it.
What we collect
At the waitlist form, the only thing we ask for is your email address. Our server also automatically logs the IP address and browser user-agent of the request, and a timestamp. That's it — no name, no phone, no payment information.
Why we collect it
- To send you one launch email when Delta goes live, and occasional product updates.
- To prevent spam and detect abuse of the waitlist endpoint (the IP and user-agent are used here, briefly).
- To honour deletion requests against the right account.
Where it lives
Your email is stored in our database hosted by Supabase (US region) and may be passed to Kit and Resend so we can send you the launch email. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until two years after the product is shut down, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete sooner — see below.
Your rights
If you live in California, the EEA, or the UK, you have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and opt out of any selling or sharing (we don't sell or share — but you have that right anyway). To exercise any of these, email hello@playdelta.app from the address you signed up with. We respond within 30 days.
Under 16
Delta is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has submitted an email, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies and tracking
The current waitlist site does not set any tracking or advertising cookies. When we add analytics, we will use a privacy-friendly tool that does not require a cookie banner, and we will update this page.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, if you're on the waitlist, email you a one-line summary.
