These terms cover your use of the Delta waitlist at playdelta.app today, and your use of the Delta fantasy product when it launches. By submitting your email or using Delta, you agree to what's below.
What Delta is
Delta is a free-to-play fantasy product themed around motorsport. You pick a small set of drivers and watch your score update during real-world races. Delta is not gambling: there is no entry fee, no real-money prize pool, and no wagering of any kind.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist or use Delta. Delta is currently available worldwide except where prohibited by local law.
The waitlist
Submitting your email puts you on a list to receive one launch announcement and a small number of product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email, or by writing hello@playdelta.app. See the privacy policy for what we do with the email.
Acceptable use
- Don't submit somebody else's email without their permission.
- Don't try to scrape, abuse, or interfere with the waitlist endpoint or any future Delta service.
- Don't impersonate Delta or our partners.
Not affiliated with Formula 1
Delta is unofficial and is not associated in any way with the Formula 1 companies, the FIA, the FIA Formula One World Championship, or any team, driver, sponsor, or venue. All Formula 1 trademarks, including F1, FORMULA ONE, FORMULA 1, FIA FORMULA ONE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP, and GRAND PRIX, are trademarks of Formula One Licensing B.V. and used only nominatively. Driver and team names are used to identify real athletes and constructors for the purposes of the fantasy game.
"As is"
Delta is provided "as is." We do our best to ship a working, accurate product, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfectly accurate live scoring, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Delta.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, if you're on the waitlist, email you a one-line summary.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
